Terms of Service — Always Visible (Content Studio)

content service of BookAIStudio, operated by BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an
account or using this service, you agree to these terms. These terms cover this service only:
contentstudio.bookaistudio.com.
The service
- Each month we write social posts and one blog post in your business's voice, from the brand
information you provide.
- You approve every post before it is published. Nothing posts without your approval.
- Approved content is scheduled and published to the social accounts connected to the service,
and you receive a one-page monthly report.
Your account
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private.
- Give us accurate brand information — we write from what you provide, and we do not invent
claims, reviews, or prices about your business.
- You confirm you have the right to publish the material you give us (photos, logos, text).
Fees and cancellation
- The service is month-to-month. There is no minimum term and no long-term contract.
- You may cancel with 30 days' notice. Content already created stays with you.
- Fees for a period already started are not refundable for that period.
What we do not promise
We do not promise search rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. We promise a consistent,
professional presence: your business looks active and worth calling, every week, without you
writing a word.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for this service is limited to the fees you paid
in the three months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be
limited by law.
