BookAIStudio, operated by BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers this
service only: contentstudio.bookaistudio.com.
What we collect
- Account information — the username, email address, and password (stored only as a
salted hash) you give us when you create an account.
- Brand information you provide — your business name, services, service area, voice
guidelines, and words or topics you ask us to avoid.
- Content you create or approve — topics, transcripts, drafts, approvals, and the finished
posts and articles produced for you.
- Basic technical logs — timestamps and request records needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To write, schedule, and publish the content you approve, in your business's voice.
- To operate your account, including sign-in and password resets.
- To produce your monthly report.
What we never do
- We never sell your information.
- We never publish anything to your pages without your approval.
- We never invent claims, reviews, or prices about your business.
Sharing
Your content is processed by the service providers required to run this service — our hosting,
AI writing providers, and the posting platform that publishes to your social accounts. They receive
only what the task requires. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
We keep your account and content while your account is active. On cancellation, content already
created remains yours. You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete your
account and its data, by contacting us at admin@bookaistudio.com.
Security
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text. Password reset links expire after
one hour and work once.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it here with a new date.
